We are often used as a hub for those of you exploring the great outdoors, as we are located in the heart of some of Britain's most beautiful and dramatic countryside, close to Derwent Reservoir, Newcastle and Beamish. Our services are tailored to families, too, so if you are just looking for a bit of peace and tranquillity we can accommodate you. We also offer campsite services.

We offer a range of rooms to suit all needs, from shared rooms to exclusive use of our hostel. Please see our prices below:
- Private room for three - £70 per night
- Private room for four (includes double bed and two bunks) - £90 per room, per night
- Two Private rooms for five -£90 per night
- Shared dormitory rooms (male or female) -
£25 per person, per night
- Exclusive use of hostel (sleeps max. 31) - £475 per night
